WHAT IS NIKE'S RETURNS POLICY?
All Prime Streetwear Stores and Prime App purchases can be returned within 30 days (some exceptions apply). To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed with the complete accessories included, and in the original packaging, which must also be in a resaleable condition.
After 30 days, you can still return items with Prime's approval if the items meet the return criteria stated above or otherwise. We reserve the right not to agree to the return.
And remember, returns are always free for Prime Streetwear Members—just make sure you sign in during checkout.

The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.
How do I return a defective or faulty product?
If your item is potentially defective or faulty, and it's been less than 30 days since your Nike purchase, simply return the item. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, please call us to return the item.
How do I return a Prime Streetwear store purchase?
Purchases made at a Prime retail store must be returned to the store. Please note that our store returns policies may differ from our online returns policies. Make sure that you ask the store if you have questions about their policies.
